Background
e21software was created by a team of experienced professionals with an impressive track record in Software, Travel and hospitality. Either developing solutions for use in the industry or owning and running successful Hotels and international travel businesses in the UK and overseas. The founders identified the need to merge online reservation solutions and property management systems. Online solutions were very primitive, use of language and currencies minimal in property management solutions and the industry was dominated by several expensive solution providers. An opportunity existed for someone to enter the market with a range of products and services which could be delivered at the right price to anyone anywhere in the world. e21Software have done just that. The company is not just about clever use of technology.
Developing multi-lingual applications enables Hotel guests to receive invoices and other documentation in their own language which is brilliant customer service. e21Software roots were firmly laid down in 1999 which have evolved into the accommres software product and internet service. More products are in the pipeline in the Hospitality sector. Other uses of our reservation technology have been identified and where commercially viable pursued.
