This Bookings Report option list all bookings/reservations for a given property and year. Individual bookings can be selected from the report provided to access flight and special requirements information and also generate "Welcome Signs".
To look at a specific booking in more detail click on any cell in its row. The Booking Information form will appear with more detailed information including special requirements and flight information if available. You can print a "welcome sign" using this option.
Use this option to seeA booking may appear in the report twice if the booking has been "split". It is possible to break a booking in mid stay, move to another property and then return. In this case the booking would appear twice. The values shown will be for the actual number of days the guests were in the property and not the total booking value. The value is the accommodation value, meals and extras are not included.
