All reports are produced using the same process unless they are specifically formatted. For example Invoices.

Any report option will generate information which is presented in a window as above. The top left corner includes the name of the report. In this case "Arrivals Report". Options selected for the report are also shown.

The entire report is visible using the window. Use the scoll bars (far right edge and bottom edge) to move around the whole report.

The "dashed box" visible in the top left row ( in this example November 28, 2003) can be moved around using the cursor keys and your mouse.

The headings always remain visible when the rows are moved. The columns automatically change their size (width) to fit the information which appears in them. The size of the Window can be changed using the size controls.

You can send the Report to a Printer using the Print Button, top right corner.

You can send the Report to Email using the Email Button, top right corner.

You can save the Report to XLS file using the Excel Button, top right corner.

Microsoft Excel

You can save the report in Microsoft Excel format using the Excel button, top right corner. You will be asked to select the folder and filename for the spreadsheet and then the file will be saved.
