The NetSpot system outputs information to a folder. Use this option in "Properties" to set the folder in order for accommres to look in this folder and extract NetSpot transactions to add to the guests room bill. The " Sync" checks this folder every few seconds, if any transactions are found they are added to the guests booking automatically.
