Accommodation Overview

Configuring your Accommodation is the most important part of accommres. accommres is very powerful, flexible and designed to support the multitude of different configurations you may require. Properties can be priced by night or fixed length period and by "unit" or by "person". Accommodation Allocations/Allotments can be assigned to Agents.

accommres can be configured for use with a single property or multiple properties to suit if you are a Hotel/Motel or a Property Management company looking after many Villas, Apartments, Houses etc.

Minimum number of nights stay, Arrival days, Free child information, Images, Descriptions, Number and types of Beds, Meal supplements and much more can be specified.

Prices

All prices are specified by date. You enter the parameters (prices e.t.c.) for a given date and those apply until the next date that you enter. That date could be the following day, week or year.

Price configurations can be made for multiple Rateplans . For example one set or prices for everyday use, another for "Walk ins" and another for "Corporates". Offers can be used to add yet more variations to pricing or controls around when Rateplans can be booked.

Accommodation can be priced by "Unit" or by person based on minimum numbers sharing. Rates for a specified period with special rates for additional nights all of which can be set for Adult and Child.

Free children can be identified or free accommodation and/or free meals.

Arrival

Minimum nights stay can be specified (and vary) at certain times of the year. The arrival day can be closely controlled. It can be set to one or more, or any day of the week.

Basis/Meal/Single occupancy Supplements

accommres supports Accommodation Only, Bed and Breakfast, Half Board, Dinner Bed and Breakfast and Full Board. Adult, Child and Infant rates are available for each. You only need to set up the supplements you need. Single occupancy supplements can be defined. Other supplements for example "Pet supplement" are handled using extras.

Once basic configuration information has been completed, you need to configure three things before configuring your Accommodation fully.
