Email ConfirmationWhen a booking is made confirmation is emailed to the client. If you want the email sent to other email addresses then it can be sent to another 3. An additional internal confirmation can be sent. The internal confirmation does not contain client information such as directions and key collection procedures, it only contains the basic information. Confirmation can also be sent to mobile phones by Text message. Terms and ConditionsSelect if you want your " Terms and Conditions" included in the confirmation emails. Text Message Confirmation/Marketing/BookingsIf you are interested in text message confirmation and using text messages for guest and marketing communication, you need to subscribe to an additional service from one of our text messaging delivery partners. Please contact any of the following, each offer their own pricing structures based around the principle that you buy a block of messages in advance, use them and then buy more. Once you have opened an account, select the partner from the drop down and enter the details provided by the partner which are needed to access your account. You can use more than one partner for your SMS messages and you can select a default. This can be decided at the time of sending an SMS/Text message. Text messages can be sent "manually" by a user with permission to do so using the "Send Text/SMS message option", can be sent to a guest from their booking using " Booking Details", can be sent with an online booking confirmation and also to several internal phones. You can use Text messages as part of an "EShot or "TextShot". See " EShots" for more information. Car Rentals and Travel Insurance and FlightsConfirmation emails include links to car rental, insurance and flights pages. These can be turned off and you can also use your own links. Internal confirmationIf you have someone or a department responsible for monitoring accommodation, enter their email address. Any bookings entered (not online) are emailed to them. However, this is specially formatted and only includes basic information relating to the Unit/Room and the dates for the booking and nothing regarding the client. Particularly useful to those working with " Agent Allocations/Allotments". Enquiry -> Booking URLWhen an enquiry is saved and emailed to the interested person a link is included in the email. This link when clicked enables the person to turn their enquiry into a booking using the online booking system. If this field is blank then the standard accommres method is used. If you want to implement your own system then you can but you must enter your URL in this field. This URL will be included in the enquiry email. If you do not want this facility enter "none". Email URLAll emails which are sent by accommres are delivered in "html format". This is supported by most email software. However, some older ones do not. At the start of an email is a link which advises the recipient that if they can not read the email to click on the link. This will take them to our server where the email is presented as a webpage in their browser, which they will be able to read. If you do not want this facility enter "none ". |
