Currency Rates

Access to this option is controlled by " Permission option" 16.

Configuration -> Currency rates

The above example sets your Valid currencies to British Pound, Euros and US Dollar. The default currency is British Pound.

Standard currencies

At installation accommres supports a single currency depending on your installation country.

No currency conversion rates will exist. Either use the "Download currencies " button to download our full currency list and conversion rates or enter the rates manually if you want more than one currency.

Default currency

Important . This is the currency used for accounting purposes, it is your company currency. Once you start taking invoices you can not change this value.

You can choose which of the above currencies you want to support. Select your default currency first and then select the other currencies you want to support.

If you do not want prices converted to other currencies do not select (tick) any currencies.

You can change the currency conversion rates. Select the rate to change and enter the rate in the "Currency conversion rates" column.

If you click the "Download currenices" button, information will immediately be downloaded from our server and your currency rates updated. We update our server once a month with exchange rates as published online by

We are continually adding currencies to our products. When you download currencies these will be automatically added to this product. They will not be available unless you select them using this option.
