Configuration - > Deposit

Use this option to define how the deposit is calculated (if required) and specify if you want accommres to obtain card details (to secure a booking) from your customer at the time of an online booking.

Deposit method

accommres supports the following Deposit methods:

1) No deposit

2) Partial deposit. An amount or percentage can be specified per unit or room booked, per booking or per person (Adults and Children).

3) Full deposit. The cost of the whole booking.

4) Secure by card. Bookings are "secured" by Credit/Debit card. No deposit is taken.

At the time of booking the customer is advised of the deposit amount (if applicable) based on the above selections.

Online deposits by card

If you apply a deposit to your online bookings the deposit will be calculated using the sale rules as above. The online booking process is implemented by the Build site option and from settings defined in Bank Account and Property configuration options.

Information

Add any information which is relevant to making payments including deposit information. This will be sent to the client in booking confirmation emails and printed documents. For technical reasons the ' and the " character are not permitted. You may also include your cancellation policy here.
