Group Booking

In the above example only units available for 4 night from 26th June have been shown and the number of adults and children have been added for the units to be booked.

The prices for each unit have been calculated and shown including a total price. A reference has been entered for this booking. This reference can be used to load these bookings in "Booking Details" later.

Client Details

Client details are recorded for the booking and stored in each booking. These can be updated later using "Booking Details ".

The same Lead Name is used for each booking. This can be changed later. Types can be assigned to the Group Booking. These are copied to each individual booking.

Confirmation

Once confirmed "Card details " and a "Deposit " can be taken. Confirmations can be printed or emailed.

A booking is created for each unit/room booked. Each can be viewed and updated in " Booking details" and " Booking Overview" immediately.

Booking Entry

Use "Booking Entry" to enter single unit/room bookings.
