Group Discounts/Rates

Access to this option is controlled by "Permission option" 2.

This option is found in "Accommodation Details " and "Date and Price codes".

Group Discount

A group discount can be applied to each booking. On the top row define the number of Adults and Children. The value beneath is applied for each Adult and Child which exceeds the value above.

Using the above example.

A group of 7 (4 Adults and 3 Children) would generate a discount of 100 GBP (2 x 50)

A group of 9 (7 Adults and 2 Children) would generate a discount of 200 GBP (4 x 50)

These discounts are applied before any additional discounts are applied using the "Offers " system.

Group Sizes

You can define "Group Sizes". These are different than "Group Discounts ". These provide additional control over prices. These groups are selected when defining dates and prices in the " Accommodation Details" and "Dates and Price code" option.

For example

There are a total to 5 groups. Group 1 is for the standard rate/price. Additional prices use groups 2 to 5.
