Housekeeping Report

Purpose

This report produces a list of all Rooms or Units of Accommodation which need Cleaning or a Linen change for a given date.

This report is generated by looking at Booking Arrival and Departure dates and any changes of accommodation guests make during their stay. A more sophisticated option is available which includes defineable Cleaning Schedules for each Booking, Bedroom Configuration and allocation to specific Cleaners. Selection Criteria

Location

Property

Repeat period - Usually 1 for Hotels (every day).

Offset period - If repeat period more than 1 days then it can be offset by a fixed number of days.

Repeat period - Usually 1 for Hotels.

Include all Units even if they do not need a clean.

Include any guest special requirements.

Include new arrivals, not necessary if you prepare accommodation on Check-out.
