Management Packages

Access to this option is controlled by "Permission option" 79.

Property Management Businesses charge their Property Owners a Management fee, either annually or monthly. There are usually a variety of packages which include different services.

First, use the "Extras" option to define the packages available.

Second, use this option to identify the " Extras" which are Packages. Either enter the code or press the F2 key to run the Extras Search option.

Third, use the " Unit/Room Information" option to define which package applies to each Unit of Accommodation.

When the " Calculate Owner Income and Charges " option is run, Invoices will be raised to all " Property Owners" for the packages specified for each unit. This is determined by the "Extra " (the value) and the "Contract expiry date".
