Meals

Six types of meals are supported by accommres

1) Breakfast

2) Brunch

3) Lunch

4) Afternoon Tea

6) Function/Party

Selecting the "Meals" button in Booking Details displays the above. Select the meal type (bottom right) and the appropriate totals are shown. If meals are added/subtracted from the booking using " Daily Items" or " Booking Extras" the totals adjust accordingly.

The meal totals are generated from the Tariff/Basis used for the booking - Bed and Breakfast, Full Board etc. Before meals can be changed they must be :-

1) Defined in Extras

2) Included in Daily Items

3) Added to Your Details (meal types)

4) Added to a booking on the appropriate dates using the Daily Items option in Booking Details and Booking Entry.

Meals Report

A report can be run for a single date and meal type to show which bookings require meals and the number of meals.
