Occupancy/Days to Arrival DiscountConfigure -> Days to Arrival/Occupancy Discount Access to this option is controlled by " Permission option" 87.
Multiple Dynamic plans can be used - only one per property at a time. Give the plan a reference and save it. Then use either "Properties", "Single Property" or " Single Type Property " options to assign each property to a Dynamic pricing plan (if applicable). The Discount/Increase only applies to the accommodation element of the booking. A date can be specified for each plan. That plan will only apply from that date, including that date. This enables you to allow for seasonal differences which will effect demand for accommodation. The plan is applied to every day the guest occupies a room and each day is considered separately. Days to ArrivalThe first row of numbers is the number of days to arrival - lowest number of days first OccupancyThe second row of numbers if the Occupancy percentage - lowest occupancy first Discount/IncreaseAs "Days to Arrival " and "Occupancy" are defined the values will appear as the row and column headers. Enter the appropriate values. Please note all numbers are percentages and negative numbers will add to the actual price whereas positive percentages will be discounted. Examples based on normal price of 100 GBP for 1 nightBooking day 1 day or less before arrival, Occupancy is 90% - New price 100 GBP Booking day 1 or less day before arrival, Occupancy is 20% - New price 75 GBP Booking day 9 days before arrival, Occupancy is 78% - New price 150 GBP Arrival days only DiscountIf the accommodation concerned is a Villa (or similar) then occupancy does not really apply. There is only one villa and therefore it is either booked or not. A discount or increase can still be applied based purely on the number of days to arrival. The following example is for arrival days only.
