Selection Criteria

"Occupied" definition

Please note a "Unit night" is considered occupied if the booking has a non-zero value or a zero value "Owner booking ". Accommodation provided "Free" for friends or staff does not affect Occupancy. "Unit nights" unavailable due to maintenance or having been set as "Unavailable" are not included in the available nights value. Available nights in "OVER" units are not included in the available nights value although occupied nights are.
