Offers

accommres supports Offers, otherwise known as Promotional rates or Corporate rates or Vouchers. Each Offer is given a code. The following controls are provided for an Offer

Name

Each Offer has a name. By selecting "Name in other languages" you can enter the name in other languages if you know it. This name only appears in accommres and does not appear online so translation into other languages is not important.

Discount

This percentage is deducted from the Accommodation element of a booking online (if online offers supported) or in "Quick Booking Entry". This discount can be varied based on the "Matrix".

If the length of stay is the same as or more than the number of days in the "Nights" row then the corresponding "Discount" on the row beneath is applied.

Dates

The dates are used when booking online. Booking or arrival dates outside of this range will not benefit from the Offer discount.

Finding an Offer

If you want to find an Offer. Select this button.

Analysis

Use the "Enquiry Source and Offers Analysis Report" to look at totals and statistics on bookings generated from different sources.

Group Discounts

An alternative discount mechanism is available for Groups. See "Group Discounts" for further information.

Accommodation Only

If this option is selected then the Discount is only applied to the Accommodation portion of a Booking.
