Owner Statements

Purpose

Owner Statements can be printed for a single Property Owner or all Owners. Using the " Owner Statements" option in the reports menu group will print statements for every Property Owner with a Balance.

The statements printed will follow the same rules as other documents, for example invoices with regard to formatting and use of letterheads defined in "Your details".

Selection Criteria

Email and Print

If "Email " is selected then only Statements for Owners with valid email addresses will be sent. If "Email or Print " is selected then the Statement will be emailed. If this is not possible (no email or an invalid email address) then the Statement will be printed.

Statements Online

Once the " Upload Owner Statements" option has been run, owner statements are available from your website. They can be printed or emailed from the website.
