Pricing by Day of Week

For each day of the week define

For the week define number of free children and free child meals.

If your prices change according to a season and not during the week typically required for Villas and Apartments unselect "Price by day of week" in "Accommodation Details" and you will then use the "Pricing - Length of stay" version.

The above apply for all bookings in this accommodation from and including that Monday. If you define a price for one night then any length of stay will be the equivalent multiple unless that length is specified. All prices vary for each day of the week, so you can specify minimum length stay and appropriate pricing for one day. Useful when configuring restricted booking over New Year or Christmas periods.

Based on

Pricing can be handled using one of 2 methods. Either a price for a room, or a price based on the number of occupants.

Minimum stay

For each day of the week you can specify the minimum nights stay.

Prices

In the above example the price is room price based, Monday is 125 EUR for the room, accommodation only. Each Adult will pay an extra 25 EUR for Dinner Bed and Breakfast. You can only enter values for "Extra persons" if occupancy is based on a number sharing. You must set the prices for each day of the week. A single occupancy value can be specified.

In the example below based on 1 person sharing. The first person pays 75 EUR per night. Additional adults and Children pay 20 EUR per night. For a 3 night stay the first person pays 200 EUR with additional Adults and Children paying 50 EUR.

Last minute prices

The above prices can be overriden by "Last minute prices". If last minute prices apply for a given date then they will be used for that date.

Arrival days

Identify the days of the week which guests can check in by ticking each day. The default setting is all days.

Meal supplements

Depending on the "basis" options selected in the "Accommodation Details" option enter prices for the meal supplements. These are applied daily and are added to the accommodation price defined above in this form. If you only offer the accommodation on an "accommodation only" basis, leave these values as 0.

Rateplans

The above example are the rates used for the "CORPORATE " rateplan - shown top right of form. Prices for different rateplans are completed the same as the "standard" rateplan.

Free Children

Free Children can be defined for both accommodation and meals. The free child accommodation option is only valid if the pricing is based on a number of people sharing.

Same As

As many of the details are the same for all dates we have included the "Same As" option.

Single Occupancy

This is only valid when "Based on Sharing" is set to 2. The Single occupancy value is not an adjustment but the actual value which will be charged when the quantity of Adults and Children equals one. In the above example the Single occupancy price is 75 EUR on a Monday night.
