Printing a Report

Select the Print Button at the top right corner of the Standard Report View Window.

All Reports sent to a Printer are automatically sized to fit the page, irrespective of the number of columns. For some reports it will be preferable to print them in Landscape format otherwise the Font size may be too small to read. If a report is best viewed using Landscape printing the " Landscape printing" box will be ticked. If you would prefer to print the report portrait, untick this box. The number of copies can be specified.

If you select the Print button the report will be sent to the Windows Print system and it will be printed on any printer available to you. If you have Fax software configured on your system you will be able to select it and Fax your report. You can also send the Report to Email using the Email Button, top right corner or save the information to an Excel spreadsheet.
