Show Payments

If this option is selected from the "Clients " or "Suppliers" option then the above "style" form is provided. All payments are listed although the "transaction tick box " (will not be visible).

Please note: Two types of card payments are shown. Some show the full card number, others do not. This is dependant on your PCI-CISP settings when the payment was entered. In the above example PCI-CISP was applied when payments were entered on June 23rd.

If this option is selected from a "Show Payments" button in a module integrated to this Ledger for example accommres ("Booking Details ") then the transaction reference will be shown and if ticked only those payments directly associated with the transaction are shown.

If the box is unticked the option is shown with all payments for the account listed.

Card Surcharges

If a payment is made which includes a Card surcharge then two entries are shown as in the case above. The above example shows the actual payment taken on the card. The value includes the card surcharge shown.
