Booking site defaults

If you subscribe to our online booking service you or your web designer will have received our "web kit". The "web kit" can be integrated by your web designer as part of your website. You can choose which of the functions to use, all are included. For further information look at "Web kit functions" and "Web kit configuration".

Once you have configured accommres you can set defaults for the online booking site.

The web kit and your booking pages (property and location information and others) need basic information on colour schemes. You can specify the font, the colour of the buttons used and the colour of the text and the pages used by the booking form. You can change these settings as often as you choose.

Fonts

One of the following fonts can be used. Select your preferred font from the pull down list.

Arial

Book Antiqua

Courier New

French Script

Georgia

Microsoft Sans Serif

Palatino Linotype

Times New Roman

Trebuchet MS

Colours

You can set the colour of the Text, Page background, Buttons and the Button text. Click the "coloured" box next to each setting to change its colour using the "colour picker" below.

If you select OK the colour will be applied. Any changes to the colour scheme are reflected online within a few seconds.

Language(s)

You can choose as many or as few languages as you want, you must select at least one. See the Languages and Countries section for more information on use of languages. The languages selected here must match the languages set in the web kit.

Security

Your online booking site must run in secure server space. Your site is automatically configured for one of our secure servers. The pages on which data is entered will display a logo identifying to your client that the site is secure and safe for them to use. We use the highest level of security ensuring security for your client and you.
