We provide all the Internet resources to operate your Online booking and accommodation website. Secure space and powerful servers drive the processes used to calculate booking prices, take bookings, update availability, support property owner and booking login areas, and deliver information to you and your clients by email, text message and other technologies. Where do I start?When accommres was installed, it will have been primarily configured based on settings provided by your e21Software representative or based on the download configuration. Below is basic information on how to navigate your way around accommres. First read the following:- It is important you understand the following: Each building added to accommres is a property and each property contains at least one accommodation type and each accommodation type contains at least one unit. A unit is an individual accommodation which you rent. It can be a room in a hotel or a Condo or a Villa or a space in a RV park.What type of accommodation provider are you? If you are a single Hotel, Bed and Breakfast, Motel or similar property then proceed to "Single Property", otherwise read on. Presumably you have more than one property to add to accommres. This could be a group of Hotels or hundreds/thousands of Villas, Condos and/or Apartments. Please check that the "Configuration menu " does not have an option called "Property Details ". If so, then the correct version of accommres is installed otherwise contact your e21Software representative for advice. Multiple Properties(a) Read "Accommodation Overview ", follow links where appropriate (b) Configure " Your Details" (d) Confgure " Settings" (e) Configure "Multi-Unit" and/or " Single Unit" Properties Single PropertyPlease check that the "Configuration menu" has an option called " Property Details". If so, then the correct version of accommres is installed otherwise contact your e21Software representative for advice. Theoretically after the above steps are completed you can enter Bookings, although you will need to spend more time refining the booking process and defining financial settings.

If you pay commission to 3rd parties - for example Agencies, you can add these to accommres and reports are available which analyse their bookings. See the Agencies section for more information.
