Supplier and Property Owner Report

Access to this option is controlled by "Permission option" 74.

Purpose

This report lists your Supplier and Property Owners. It is particularly useful if you want to extract information from accommres and use it in other software. For example the production of labels or to Mail-merge to produce a mailshot.

Data Protection collection and use of data Laws vary around the world. You can define for each account how they can be contacted. This might not be at all, or by one or more of the following methods - Email, Mobile or Mail.

Label printing

If you have a recognised label printer available to your computer the " Print labels" option will appear. Click it and instead of a report the names and addresses of those selected will be sent to your Label printer.
