Transaction History

Every time an entry is made which effects a transaction an entry is made in the "History" table. Both this information and the transaction are retained forever.

This option is started using the "History" button in "Transaction information".

The payments shown are not necessarily real payments. They may be payment allocations. In the latter case a payment is added to the "Pre paid" balance for an account and then allocated across multiple transactions (allocations).

Allocations are entered using the "Payment Allocation" option and direct 1-1 payments are entered using the "Payments " option usually only available if you have integrated modules for example accommres.
