Transaction Information

Select a Transaction using the "Transactions " or "Find Transaction " option and this information form is shown.

Adding notes, comments or information

Use the "Information" box (bottom left) to add notes or comments and select the "Save" button to store them. You can add to them repeatedly. They are included when an Invoice or Credit Note is Emailed or Printed.

History

A complete history is maintained for a Transaction. Select the "History " button and an option will launch showing the entire History of the Transaction.

Reprint

Email

If the Client has a valid email address and you have defined Email information in " Settings" and " Email Servers" you will be able to email the invoice. The email is sent in "html email" format and its recipient will not need special software to view or print it.
