Unit ConfigurationAccess to this option is controlled by "Permission option" 49. This option is started from "Booking Overview ".
All Units of Accommodation/Rooms can be defined individually. They are created using the " Define Units/Rooms" option and can then be updated using "Booking Overview" and " Unit/Room Information". InformationSelect " Information" to define images, features and many additional characteristics of each Unit/Room or Property. OwnersInsurance and Contracts If you are representing a property/unit for an Owner then you will need to know that it has adequate insurance. You can identify the insurance expiry date here. Also the Owner will be under a "management contract
Performance/Profitability within the Nominal Ledger of individual Units/Rooms can be monitored by defining a Revenue code for each Unit or Room. ChargesIf you want to charge the current Owner of this Unit for a service select the " Charges" button. The "Client Invoice " option will be launched for this Owner. This invoice will automatically appear on "Owner statements". LinenSelect the Linen button to define the Linen items required for this Unit or Room. A charge for changing the linen in this Unit/Room can be defined in the "Unit/Room Information" option. CleaningIf a Unit/Room is in need of cleaning, either select the report immediately until it is unticked. InventoryIf you want to record the Inventory Change Unit/RoomMove a Unit/Room from one Accommodation type to another. All bookings and online information are updated accordingly. Available ToIf this Unit ceases to be your responsibility use the " Available To" date setting to prevent additional annual management charges being raised. The Unit will be automatically made "Unavailable" from that date. |
