In the latter case, accommres runs in multi-company mode. Each property is assigned to a company. You can define as many companies as you want. Financial information is generated for each company and available on demand. Multi-company operation is transparent to guests. The only time they are aware is when they receive documentation from each property which may show different company information. Each company has its own Sales Tax, Merchant Service (PDQ) and Bank accounts. Reporting can be by Property or Company.
