| Stage 1. Enter booking details, immediate price given, including deposit required. If booking is not possible, the reason is provided. Multiple currencies available. If the booking is only an enquiry, select the "Save Enquiry" button. It can be recalled later.

| Stage 2. Enter client details, arrival time, any special requirements and other information for billing and analysis purposes. Once this stage is completed the Booking number is generated.

| Stage 3. Provide the client with their Booking reference and take a deposit (if required). "Up Sell" the client with Extras - Travel Insurance, Rounds of Golf, Airport Transfers or anything else you can think of.

| Alternatively. If the person enquiring is not ready to confirm their booking then instead of Stage 2, select the "Save Enquiry" button. All details will be saved and given an Enquiry reference. These can be analysed and reported on. Reservations staff can contact those enquiring to generate additional bookings.
