Integration

Our AccommRes products are integrated from three different perspectives.

Online
Our online booking solution is integrated directly to our PMS. It does not need a dedicated internet connection although it is preferable. Further enhancements will see our online solution integrating directly with global online booking agencies removing the need for you to manually update each agency site you want to use.

There are thousands of different manufacturers of equipment worldwide. We do not interface with them all and some are not capable. We will look at each piece of equipment on a case by case basis and advise accordingly.

The real world
(a) Backup
All software products which store information must be backed up. This is usually to Tapes, Disks or CD's. The problem is that they take time, are too small and usually require the addition of additional expensive hardware.

AccommRes takes care of this. We have integrated the "Disgo" data storage USB devices.Plug one into the USB port of your computer. When you run our free backup utility, the Disgo device is automatically recognised and all your AccommRes information compressed and copied to it. The Disgo device is then removed from the USB port and taken off site. Weighing very little and the size of a small marker pen it is a perfect and simple solution. You can buy them from your local computer supplier or we will supply them direct.

(b) Label Printing
AccommRes is fully integrated to DYMO label printers. Where a label can be printed AccommRes recognises if a DYMO printer is available and sends the label to it.

AccommRes will communicate directly with your:

• Point of Sale terminals
• Wireless Internet solutions
• Merchant Service terminals
• Door entry systems
