PMS capabilities
The Accommres online booking software includes basic PMS functionality. See the feature comparison list below for differences between it and the full Accommres property management solution. The software which is supplied to you or downloaded from our site includes all the functionality of the full PMS.

If you need the full PMS capabilities, you have two options.

1. Buy one or more software licences, see the PMS section for prices.
2. For the first software licence you can opt to pay the subscription rate x 1.5

Subscription rates

All prices exclude VAT (where applicable).

You can subscribe monthly or pay annually in advance, in the latter case you get 12 months for the price of 10. The above rates apply to properties with up to 20 rooms or for a group of up to 20 properties, for example 20 apartments. Please contact Sales with information on your property or properties for a personalised proposal.
