to visitors of their site. It must fulfil four basic requirements.

enter your card information on a page written in Japanese, but
you probably would if that same page was available in your language.
The language used by a guest to book online is passed
to our PMS module.
All documents presented to that guest will also be in their language

Property Management System
Historically all online solutions have required manual updates.
Someone would regularly login to an online site and update a separate
system with pricing and availability information. Also any online
bookings would be re-entered to the PMS running in the property.
Accommres is fully integrated to our PMS.
It builds, maintains and updates your online booking site. All
bookings are seamlessly updated to the PMS.
No information need be re-entered again. This will release staff
to useful duties, improving efficiency.
You keep 100% of each booking. We charge for the online service
on a subscription basis. If you are using a third party at the
moment to process your bookings and paying them commission, we
can save you money and if integrated to our PMS save you more
money by saving time. Our pricing is based on the size of your
property as a result any property owner can afford it.
More than just accommodation, additional revenue
Uniquely to accommres, you can offer your guests more than accommodation.
Your guests can book additional services in advance of their arrival
at your property. You define the services. Examples are
Airport / Train station transfers
The list is endless. This facility is an opportunity
for you to generate additional revenue. Negotiate preferential
rates with a local taxi firm, enable your guests to book transfers
in advance and you are making extra money from your guests before
If a guest can get all the services they need from
one place they have no need to shop around. Accommres enables
you to do this.
As part of the service we provide all the internet resources required
by your booking site. Secure space on powerful servers connected
to the internet offering fast response to your customers. We provide
you with a "link" and the person responsible for your
website adds the link to your site accordingly. You naturally
need an internet connection so that the accommres PMS and the
accommres booking site can talk to each other. This can be any
type of connection. An ordinary dial-up will be sufficient although
best results are obtained using ADSL/Broadband or ISDN. If using
ADSL/Broadband Accommres can run in "full synchronous mode",
the PMS and booking site are continuously talking to each other
keeping information up to date.
All pages on the booking site are designed so that
they are "Search engine" friendly. We make sure that
they are analysed by the search engines. This is "free"
website traffic for you.
Information and Pictures
Built into accommres are easy to use processes to load images
of your property. Additional information is required. This is
entered and processed by Accommres and used to build your online

When configuring your property and accommodation
you are offered a list of over 150 categories. All of these have
been translated. If you select "Hairdryer", the equivalent
is added to all the other language pages generated.
Up to 2 pictures can be provided of the property
and up to 2 pictures can be provided for each accommodation type.
If you use third parties or agents to generate bookings. Add them
to accommres and issue them with their agency code. A entry is
generated on the booking form in which they can enter their agency
code. This is recognised by the PMS and you can then pay the agent
An example would be Tourist Information offices.
They will not need to call you to check availability. They can
go online and use your booking site and still be recognised financially
in due course. The agent receives the same booking confirmation
email as the guest for their records.
The agent can link their website to the booking
system and their agent code is automatically included on the booking
form. Third party websites can add links to your site and receive
commission on any bookings they generate.
Bookings can be taken
Without any payment method. Confirmation email contains
deposit and other payment information.
Secured using a Credit or Debit card. You select the card
types you will accept.
Specify a deposit method. An amount or percentage per

Offers / Promotions /
Give local employers a code to use on your site, which applies
a discount to their bookings. Use the same technique to run a
promotion as part of your marketing. The code is attached to resulting
bookings which can be analysed.
