AccommRes is available for the Windows environment. All versions from Windows 95. All you require are 100MB of disk space, 128MB of RAM, and an internet connection (online bookings option only).

There is a single download for Accommres, once installed it can be used as either a Property Management Solution and / or an Online Booking Solution. We will issue a set of codes to enter in the settings section of Accommres to fully activate the product when you buy it or subscribe to the online service.

The evaluation editions are fully functional and all documentation is included. You can enter a limited number of bookings. To fully activate your copy you need to order the product and we will issue you with a set of codes via email and/or post. Once the codes are entered all functions you require are enabled.

The download file is 14MB in size. If you have an ISDN, ADSL or Broadband internet connection it will download within a minute. Otherwise it will take a few minutes depending on the speed of your internet connection.

IMPORTANT. If you have installed a previous version of accommres for evaluation purposes you must uninstall it first and ensure that the folder
"c:\program files\e21software\wh2" does not exist, otherwise this latest version of accommres may not run.

Free
If you are downloading the FREE version comprehensive documentation is included. You can use it immediately and it will never expire. Should you need to upgrade to the "Global" edition, you can.

After installation
AccommRes will add icons to your desktop

When started AccommRes will have an "Help me configure AccommRes" button (see graphic). Click on this and you will be walked through the initial setting up AccommRes. After this look at / print the accommres pdf instructions and understand more of how accommres works. Use the "Start here" section in the comprehensive help file if you need help.
